The walk becomes more demanding since the path is mostly full of mud or mud, one of the limitations that exists in the walk, is the amount of insects that we find in the jungle, remember that we are going to find ourselves at 848 meters above sea level

PHYSICAL TRAINING

It is essential that expedition members who participate in this great adventure train for at least 2 months before the trip, I recommend that they train with cardio or resistance exercises, the expedition is not about speed but resistance, it is recommended that they exercise by jogging or walking several Km a day if they can do it in a warm climate much better since they will be acclimatized for the trip.

The most important and risky part of the expedition is the descent and ascent of the Cave, the same one that is carried out with the RAPEL technique. For this reason, for those interested in this incredible trip, the cost includes technical training one month before the trip. in which we will practice anchoring, knots, descent and ascent on ropes, remember that the entrance to the cave is through a "chimney" of 64 meters of free fall with complete darkness (We as an extreme sports operator guarantee the safety of the equipment and the anchor but if it is necessary to have a previous instruction in rappelling)
